Tea
So, have ya been shopping for tea lately? The grocery store isle is loaded with all kinds of tea. Even the natural foods isle is jam packed with tea. Who knew there were so many different kinds of tea? Right now I am enjoying a cup of lemon ginger tea, it aids in digestion.........
I made cabbage rolls for the first time in my life tonight! Meatless of course. I don't know why I decided to make this dish, it sounded good and I do like all of the ingredient but they just didn't do it for me. Oh, there is one thing I don't really care for with cabbage rolls and that is the red sauce they are baked in. Perhaps I could bake it in something else, like cream of mushroom soup?
Cream of mushroom soup rocks! Yesterday for dinner I made Tater Tot Casserole, which is the most simplest dish in all the land.... tater tots, that famous cream of mushroom soup, broccoli, water chestnuts (I could do without those next time, some cream of mushroom soup, and cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, then serve!! Yummy.
My PK starts next week. Binge before the purge........
