Thursday Thirteen
1. Probably lots of fresh vegi's and fruits! 2. Organic Pita Chips-My Ayruvedic counselor gave me a serious tongue lashing for even fantasizing about these yummy little nuggets. 3. COFFEE-My first 24 hours without coffee I had a horrible caffeine headache, which is gone now so perhaps I shouldn't lapse back into the habit? I don't really drink it for the caffeine, I drink it for the taste. 4. Toast 5. Crackers 6. Cheese 7. A glass of red wine-again, part of the reason I am cleansing but I have learned about Aloe Vera Gel or Juice. It helps with digestion and eliminating those toxins associated with wine drinking!! 8. Marinated artichoke hearts-I could probably eat these on my cleanse but I am feeling stonger today and I think I can stick to the beans and rice for at least another day. 9. Sushi 10. Garlic Fries-I have a bag of garlic fries in my freezer that I got at Trader Joe's, oooh soooo yummy. 11. Red Bull or any other energy drink-I just like the flavor, really I do. 12. Something chocolately, anything with some chocolate. Or even the candied ginger that is in the trial mix I had a coworker pick up for me at Trader Joe's (wonderful store!!). 13. Last and most likely the one item I will not be eating when I am finished with this cleanse is a TACO TREAT CHEESE CRISP or a TACO TREAT TACO. My dad says he is gonna come to visit me, I wonder if he could pack a couple with him??? Would they survive 1000 miles? I am salivating. < |
